Town of Islip CDA will hold its second public hearing to present a draft of the Town’s 2025-2029 Consolidated Strategy and Plan, the Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Plan and the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Submission for Housing and Community Development Programs for three HUD grant programs. This meeting will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in the Town Hall Board Room at Islip Town Hall, 655 Main Street, Islip, New York. Copies of the draft Plan will be available on this website, the CDA office and various libraries in the Town of Islip. There will be a 30-day comment period beginning on March 5, 2025. 2025 CDA Board Meeting Schedule

The March 13th Board of Directors Meeting has been canceled. A special Board Meeting will be held on March 20^th at 5:30 P.M.

2024 Annual Action Plan – Hard copies of the plans have been made available at local libraries.

Public Notice: The Town of Islip CDA has completed the HOME ARP Plan. This Plan is part of the 2021 Annual Action Plan.
